Please read through these terms and conditions as detailed below. By making a booking, paying for services or joining classes you are agreeing with these Terms and Conditions.

Amy's Canine Coaching is a force free, positive science based training environment. We will not use punishment, aversive methods or equipment. Please be aware the following items may not be used in our training sessions: Slip leads, choke chains, e-collars and anything else which the trainer deems unacceptable.

For the safety of yourself, your dog and others and their dogs the following conditions must be met:

• Puppies/dogs should attend wearing a lead, harness and collar. They should be kept on the lead at all times unless directed by the trainer.

• Please keep your puppy/dog away from other dogs in the training session for safety and trainability.

• Children 8 years and under are welcome to attend classes however they will require an additional adult for supervision (and an adult to be with the dog). Children should not approach or touch any dogs without permission of the owner and supervision from a parent. We accept no liability or responsibility for children at classes. Their safety remains the responsibility of the supervising adult.

• Young persons under 16 years old should be accompanied by a responsible adult.

• Please report any accidents or injuries to the trainer when they occur, within the same training session.

• Please ensure your puppy/dog has been suitably vaccinated, and treated for internal and external parasites. It is your responsibility to ensure that your puppy/dog is protected from disease. Amy's Canine Coaching accepts no responsibility for the potential exposure to disease.

• Please don't bring your dog to class if they have been in contact with another dog who is unwell (diarrhea, vomiting, coughing ect). The owner is welcome to attend the class to make notes so they can practice at home.

• If you dog has any allergies or intolerances please advise your trainer at the beginning of each session.

• We will accept dogs in season in class before day ten and after day 18.

*** If we are running a one to one session in your home, please ensure you do not use flour for 12 hours before the session. This is for the trainers health and safety! ***

Please be aware that not all dogs will find a group training session an appropriate learning environment. If your dog reacts towards people and/or dogs within a comfort zone of 10 meters, please contact us so that we may find a more suitable and reassuring environment for your session.

Payment, Refunds and Cancellations:

• Payment for one to one sessions should be made a minimum of 72 hours before. Failure to do so may mean your session time is allocated to another client.

• Payment for classes must be made 24 hours after booking or your place will not be reserved.

• Fees are non refundable once payment is made. Group classes must be taken within six months original booking. On to one sessions should be taken within four months of the original booking.

• One to one sessions - require 48 hours notice for cancellation or rebooking otherwise the session will be lost.

• Sometimes class cancellations are unavoidable due to weather, illness or unforeseen circumstances. Amy's Canine Coaching reserves the right to change the session date, time and/or venue. We will not be liable for any losses or expenses arising from changes to classes or cancellations.

Marketing, Social Media:

We may take photographs and videos during the session. These may be used for advertising, on our website or posted to Social Media. Any feedback received by email or message may be used for advertising, added to our website or posted to Social Media. Please advise Amy's Canine Coaching in writing if you do not wish these to be shared.

Disclaimer:

Amy's Canine Coaching makes every effort to ensure the safety of you and your dog during training sessions. By accepting the terms and conditions and by booking with us, you accept that in the sessions you will be working with dogs, adults and children. This may pose risk to you or your dog of injury and you agree to indemnify Amy's Canine Coaching for all personal injury and damage to property whilst attending sessions. You agree to assume full responsibility for any and all risks, injuries, damages which are known or unknown in connection with attending these dog training sessions.
